Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Sports Coach to join our team at Go Alpha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering structured sports sessions based on the Go Alpha curriculum for children aged 2 to 10 years. This role requires a passionate individual with a strong sports background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct sports sessions at designated locations or partner schools as per the Go Alpha curriculum.
  2. Assess and evaluate children's strengths and areas for improvement through regular observation and feedback.
  3. Train and prepare children for sports performances and events such as Sports Day.
  4. Attend key school events including Parent-Teacher Meetings, report days, and other school functions.
  5. Maintain and ensure proper use of sports equipment at all times.
  6. Support the promotion and development of sports activities within assigned schools.
  7. Perform administrative tasks, maintain records, and submit reports to the Head Office as required.
  8. Collaborate with the internal team and contribute to the organization's growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred background in Physical Education or Sports Management).
  • Sports Experience: Must have represented at District, State, or National level in any sport.
  • Experience with Children: Prior experience in teaching, training, or coaching children aged 2–10 years will be an advantage.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Other Requirements: High energy level, enthusiasm for sports education, and ability to manage classes independently.
