Job Title: Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Partner for work allocation, progress tracking, and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication, satisfaction, and adherence to agreed timelines.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members to ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement.
  • Act as a bridge between the senior team and the Partner to ensure smooth workflow and quality delivery.
  • Monitor and ensure achievement of targets and Key Result Areas (KRAs) across assigned mandates.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (Member of ICAI).

Experience:

  • Post-qualification experience in a similar setup is preferred (experience other than articleship will be considered).

ICAI Compliance:

  • The selected candidate will be 
    registered as a Paid Assistant
     with the firm as per ICAI regulations and norms.

Compensation:

  • Salary as per industry standards, with additional performance-based variable incentives.
