Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic professional to join our team as a
Solution Architect
. In this role, you will be responsible for developing control system solutions, designing system architectures, and preparing cost estimates for industrial automation projects. You will play a critical role in translating customer requirements into reliable, cost-effective technical solutions, supporting clients across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop optimum solutions based on customer RFQs/tender documents, including BOQs and cost estimates.
  • Design system architecture and BOM using relevant architecture development tools.
  • Conduct detailed assessments to analyze customer requirements, specifications, and constraints.
  • Review RFQ/tender scope, preliminary data, and deliverables to define the scope of work.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, address technical queries, and provide clarifications during the tendering process.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and subcontractors for pricing and evaluate their proposals/quotes.
  • Provide technical inputs, documentation, and clarifications to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Procurement teams to develop optimized technical solutions and accurate cost estimates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation or a related engineering field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Estimation/Engineering for Industrial Control & Automation Systems.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • PLC, RTU, SCADA & HMI system design.
  • Industrial communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP-IP, Profibus, Profinet, etc.).
  • Communication networks (Ethernet, Fiber Optic, RS232, RS485, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of PLC/SCADA programming is an added advantage.
