Role & responsibilities

· Concept, Basic and Detailed Engineering of HVAC systems.

· Assist with the preparation of engineering studies and schematic designs for new HVAC/Utilities systems and analyze the operation of existing systems.

· Make calculations using engineering formulas for design such as heating and cooling loads, equipment sizing, static pressure drops and select appropriate

equipment

· Participate independently in client meeting throughout the course of project and modify scope of work for mechanical designs (HVAC/Utilities) based on review and client meetings.

· Provide drawings for own designs and produce sketches to incorporate in drawings by drafting team.

· Experience in preparing and reviewing ducting layouts

• Responsibility for the overall design of HVAC systems & deliverables, including Concept, Scheme, Design Development, Tender Design / Documentation (including Technical Specification, BOQ, Schedules and Drawings)

• Ensure the accuracy and technical correctness of the design and co-ordination of the working drawings produced.

• Prepare the working drawings in accordance with the project and company standards and specifications.

• Co-ordinate the Air Conditioning drawings with the civil and architectural layouts.

• Obtain drawing approval from the professional team.

• Detailed engineering knowledge in the design and engineering of Air Conditioning systems for commercial and light industrial buildings. The services would include both ductwork and pipe work for the following Systems:

• Variable air volume air handling systems

• Package and split systems

• Supply and extract ventilation.

• Ability to read, understand, visualize and interpret drawings and specifications.

• Preparing Design Basis reports, BOQ and Tender documents.

• Selection of the blower, fans, and pumps as per pressure drop calculations

• Selection of HVAC equipment such as AHU, Fans, Pumps, HVAC Electrical Panel etc.

• Technical Specification Preparation

• Responsible for planning & coordinating with design phases of HVAC design work.

• Basic and detail design of HVAC system, Proposal and EPC projects.

• Equipment selection as per Specifications, Duct sizing, Air terminal sizing and selection.

• Design Drafting experience of HVAC System drawings, Ducting layout, HVAC piping layout, HVAC plant room Layout, Mechanical Ventilation system, Pressurization system, Air Flow Diagram, HVAC PI Diagram, HVAC Equipment Layout, As Built Drawing Preparation, BOQ Estimation.

· HVAC Design, Drawing for Various Projects.

· Preparation of Auto-CAD Drawings

· Extend any technical support required during order execution

· Visit site to gather technical data, customer presentation.

· Design suggests improvements into existing products with all necessary technical inputs.

· Candidates with HVAC experience with specialization will be preferred.

· Should be well versed with Auto CAD MS Office i.e., word, Excel, Power Point etc. Candidate worked with Engineering Co. will be preferred.

· Should be conversant with operating resent versions of Auto CAD

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
