The role focuses on ensuring seamless drawing delivery processes, maintaining BIM protocol compliance, and facilitating effective multi-party BIM coordination rather than direct BIM modeling or implementation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. MULTI-STAKEHOLDER BIM COORDINATIONCoordinate BIM activities between Client's BIM Agency, Design Consultants, and General ContractorFacilitate BIM coordination meetings and ensure alignment across all partiesManage BIM deliverable schedules and ensure timely submission from all stakeholdersResolve inter-party BIM conflicts and communication gapsMonitor compliance with client's BIM requirements across all parties2. DRAWING DELIVERY PROCESS MANAGEMENTMonitor drawing delivery workflows from design through construction documentationEnsure proper drawing review and approval processes across all disciplinesCoordinate drawing submission schedules with design milestones and construction requirementsTrack drawing status and versions across all stakeholders and disciplinesImplement quality control checkpoints for drawing deliverables before final submission3. BIM PROTOCOL COMPLIANCE & GOVERNANCEMonitor adherence to Client's BIM Execution Plan across all partiesEnsure compliance with BIM standards and protocols established by client's BIM agencyCoordinate model exchanges and data sharing between different partiesMaintain BIM governance framework and escalate non-compliance issuesReview and approve BIM deliverables for protocol adherence before client submission4. DESIGN COORDINATION FACILITATIONCoordinate multi-disciplinary design reviews through BIM processesFacilitate clash detection and resolution meetings between design consultants and contractorsMonitor design coordination progress and report status to Design ManagerEnsure integration between different blocks such as hotel, office, and BIOME facility design coordinationTrack and resolve design conflicts identified through BIM coordination processes5. STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION & REPORTINGServe as primary BIM liaison between PMC team and external BIM stakeholdersProvide regular BIM coordination reports to Design Manager and project leadershipFacilitate BIM training and onboarding for project team membersCoordinate BIM workshops and coordination sessions with all stakeholdersMaintain comprehensive BIM coordination documentation and meeting minutes6. QUALITY ASSURANCE & PROCESS OPTIMIZATIONMonitor BIM deliverable quality from all parties before client submissionIdentify process improvement opportunities in multi-party BIM coordinationEnsure drawing accuracy and completeness through systematic review processesCoordinate issue resolution between different BIM stakeholdersMaintain BIM coordination audit trails and documentation7.
