You will fabricate precision metal components andassemblies for our advanced Large fixed -wing UAVs, working with aluminium,steel, and titanium alloys to aerospace specifications.Key Responsibilities·       Fabricatemetal components using sheet metal forming, bending, and cutting operations·       Performprecision drilling, countersinking, and debarring operations·       Executeriveting, bolting, and mechanical fastening assembly operations·       Machinemetal parts using manual and semi -automatic equipment·       Performfitting and alignment of structural assemblies·       Conductdimensional inspections using precision measuring tools·       Maintaintooling and equipment in proper working condition RequirementsRequired Qualification ·       Highschool diploma or technical certification in machining/fabrication·       3+ yearsof experience in metal fabrication (aerospace preferred)·       Proficiencywith sheet metal tools, brake presses, and forming equipment·       Experiencewith aluminum alloys and aerospace materials·       Abilityto read blueprints, GD&T, and engineering specifications·       Knowledgeof precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM)Preferred Qualifications·       Experiencewith aircraft structural repair and modifications·       Knowledgeof aviation fasteners and hardware·       TIG/MIGwelding certification·       Experiencewith AS9100 quality requirementsCompensation: Competitive Salary based on experience+ benefits
