  • Play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of logistics projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.
  • Assist in managing project backlogs using tools like JIRA or Other tools, ensuring timely updates and prioritization.
  • Assist in Planning and monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business users, development teams, external partners, and end customers.
  • Design and document system improvements, workflows, and process models.
  • Champion the implementation and integration of new systems or features, including UAT test case preparation and testing.
  • Validate test results conducted by QA teams to ensure compliance with business requirements.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert during product development cycles, providing guidance and clarifications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Technical Skills Required:

SQL, Logistics and Freight forwarder, Supply Chain domain knowledge, Knowledge on B2B/EDI Integration using any Integrator platform.

Technologies Required:

EDI [X12, EDIFACT, XML & JSON]

Experience:

4-6 years of experience (Good to have experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management Domain)

Education Required:

Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
