What we are looking for:
As the Associate Engagement Lead, you'll leverage data to unravel complexities, adept at devising strategic solutions that deliver tangible results for our clients. We are seeking an individual who not only possesses the requisite expertise but also thrives in the dynamic landscape of a fast-paced global firm. 
 
What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive data design, identify architectural risks, and improve the data landscape by developing and refining data models
  • Utilize technical expertise in cloud, master data management, data warehousing, and data transformation to develop and test high-quality data solutions
  • Lead hands-on development, with familiarity in data mastering and configuration of Reltio and Informatica MDM for HCP and HCO subject areas Document complex MDM solutions, including source-to-target mappings, match-merge rules, survivorship rules, and MDM architecture design considerations
  • Lead and deliver data-centric projects with a focus on data quality, adherence to data standards, and best practices.
Must have:
  • Computer Science degree with 2-5 years in MDM configurations in pharmaceutical domain
  • Should have done configurations on the MDM tool (Match & Merge, survivorship rule, base object, queries and packages and more)
  • Expertise in MDM concepts and implementing complex MDM systems from scratch
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with a quality-focused approach
  • Experience in data modeling, development, and testing for enterprise solutions.
  • Should have done configurations on the MDM tool (Match & Merge, survivorship rule, base object, queries and packages and more)
  • Must have Knowledge of Azure and AWS.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare data sources like SP/SD, IQVIA, claims is a plus.
