HAUS is seeking an Aftersales and Service Engineer to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will be the key technical contact for our clients, ensuring the efficient operation of our Separator and Decanter systems through hands-on service, troubleshooting, and customer support. You will also play a critical role in driving aftersales engagement and spare parts business.

What Will You Do?

Service Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, commissioning, and preventive/corrective maintenance of Separator and Decanter systems at customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical issues effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate technical service reports.
  • Provide on-site training and technical support to customer teams.
  • Ensure optimal machine performance and contribute to customer satisfaction.

After Sales Responsibilities

  • Actively promote HAUS aftersales offerings to industrial clients.
  • Build and manage long-term customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify and generate spare parts sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to support business growth and successful deal closures.

What We Expect From You

  • Minimum 5 years of combined experience in technical service and aftersales, ideally with Separators or Decanter systems.
  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication, customer orientation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and goal-driven.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India for customer visits and technical interventions.
  • Fluency in English - both spoken and written.
