AI Transformation Engineer

Job Title: AI Transformation Engineer

Job Overview: Skilled and dynamic AI Transformation Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of AI-driven transformations across network domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data engineering, combined with a passion for driving innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. AI Solution Design:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design AI solutions that address specific challenges.
    • Develop and implement end-to-end AI systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  2. Data Processing and Integration:
    • Work with large datasets, ensuring effective data preprocessing, cleansing, and integration for use in AI models.
    • Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and databases, ensuring seamless data flow.
  3. Model Development and Implementation:
    • Build and train machine learning models using a variety of algorithms and frameworks.
    • Implement and optimize AI models for deployment in real-world scenarios.
  4. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
    • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical insights on AI capabilities.
    • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and domain experts to refine and enhance AI solutions.
  5. Testing and Validation:
    • Develop testing protocols to validate the performance and accuracy of AI models.
    • Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability of AI solutions.
  6. Deployment and Integration:
    • Deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AI solutions into existing business processes and systems.
  7. Documentation:
    • Create comprehensive documentation for AI models, including architecture, data flow, and integration points.
    • Provide clear documentation for end-users and technical teams regarding AI system functionalities.
  8. Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor the performance of deployed AI solutions and implement updates and improvements as needed.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI, recommending enhancements to existing systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in a business context.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for AI development and deployment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
