Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager located in Samana. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of combine harvesters, managing a team of technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service, maintaining service records, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves coordination with the sales team and providing technical training to staff.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery, especially combine harvesters
  • Experience in team management and leadership
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant technical certification in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the agricultural industry is beneficial
