Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and confident Telesales Interns who can connect with potential customers, introduce our business support programs, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. You'll play a key role in helping businesses discover our digital transformation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Marroncorp's business support services.
- Explain products and services in a clear and engaging way.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested leads.
- Record daily calls and lead information in CRM.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools (training will be provided).
- Strong motivation to learn sales and communication skills.
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus (not mandatory).
