Role & responsibilities

Welding

• Prepare, calibrate, and inspect HVOF welding and blasting equipment.
• Accurate position and secure components for welding and coating.
• Clean surfaces thoroughly to remove impurities before coating.
• Apply HVOF coatings with precision to ensure uniform coverage and adherence.
• Utilize technical blueprints and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Conduct quality checks to detect defects and ensure optimal coating thickness.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment to avoid downtime.
• Monitor inventory levels and request replenishment of consumables.

Equipment usage and maintenance

• Adhere to equipment operating procedures to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and usage.
• Ensure proper calibration of HVOF systems for precise coating application.

Job objectives compliance

• Follow strict adherence to HVOF process parameters and standards.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality control.
• Minimize material wastage through efficient operation.
• Document production data in the Production system accurately.
