Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Nr Navasari . The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues, maintaining customer records, and developing strategies to improve customer service. The role also involves providing feedback to the management team on customer-related issues and working to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with customers and resolving their issues.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to manage and address customer concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools, as well as maintaining customer records and data.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer requests and issues efficiently.
- Experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies and plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the seamless resolution of customer issues.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
