As a Mobile Game Producer specializing in Role Playing Games at Games2win, you will play a crucial role in collaborating closely with Product Managers and Game Designers. Your primary responsibility will be to execute the Game Design Document, known as CBC (Click by Click), for each game version release. This involves liaising with various stakeholders including analysts, artists, game designers, engineers, marketers, and quality control to ensure timely and quality game releases. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Product Managers and Game Designers to finalize the Game Design Document for each game release and ensure timely delivery. - Work with the Delivery Head to create project plans outlining tasks for different team members and provide necessary support and guidance. - Supply stakeholders with relevant data such as Game Design Documents, Style Guides, and other resources. - Conduct competitor analysis, identify areas for enhancement, and contribute ideas for game improvement. - Maintain and update Project Plans regularly. - Conduct daily meetings to monitor progress on each game project. - Report issues or challenges to the Product Manager and relevant Heads of Departments. - Coordinate with the Delivery Head to meet resource requirements effectively. Qualifications and Experience: - Display a profound enthusiasm for mobile games. - Ideally, have a track record of producing a minimum of 10 mobile games recently. - Background in game engineering or game design is advantageous for project planning and understanding game components. - Strong planning skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
