About Us:

Duplex Technologies Services Pvt. Ltd. is a growing IT solutions provider based in Lucknow. We specialize in delivering software development, digital solutions, and IT consulting services to clients across multiple domains. We are looking for a Business Analyst with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT industry to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
  • Create BRD, FRD, SRS documents, workflow diagrams, and use cases.
  • Coordinate with development, design, and testing teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and propose effective solutions.
  • Support project planning, progress tracking, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Office, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (MBA in IT/Business Management is a plus).
