Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Design Engineer with strong experience in DFM, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing products, preparing detailed drawings, and supporting manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 2D and 3D product designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Apply DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles to improve manufacturability and reduce production costs.

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and project teams.

Modify or redesign existing components based on requirements.

Perform design calculations and ensure designs comply with standards.

Conduct design reviews and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

Travel to client or project sites when required.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (mandatory).

Knowledge of DFM practices and manufacturing processes.

Strong understanding of mechanical components and assemblies.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Qualification:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
