Role Description

Hidoc Dr. is seeking a Marketing Operations Assistant for a full-time on-site role located in Pune. The assistant will handle daily responsibilities like supporting marketing operations, , managing administrative tasks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and analyze performance data to drive efficiency and improve outcomes.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals for content submissions and campaign deliverables.

  • Maintain detailed records of campaign progress, submissions, and approvals.

  • Ensure timely execution and closure of content-driven digital marketing campaigns.

  • Work closely with internal compliance and accounts teams for documentation and acknowledgment.

  • Assist in reporting and analytics for pharma client campaigns.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity, timeliness, and accuracy.

  • Track campaign milestones, follow-ups, and pending deliverables on spreadsheets or internal tools.
