About The Company :We are hiring on behalf of our Client which is an Iconic Luxury Hotel in New Delhi, synonymous with Class and Elegance .

About The Role:Director Security manages Security/Loss Prevention operations of the Hotel on a daily basis. Areas of responsibilities include protection of property assets, employees, guests and property, accident and fire prevention and response.

Ensures that all areas of the property are safe and secure. Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and Standard Operating Procedures. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance of the department.

Salary Range: 25 – 28LPA.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property on hotel premises

Develop and implement security policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activity

Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security threats to create contingency plans

Train and supervise security personnel to maintain a high level of professionalism and proficiency

Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarms, to detect and respond to security breaches

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders to coordinate response to incidents or emergencies

Investigate security incidents, including theft, assault, and property damage, and ensure appropriate follow-up and documentation

Provide security advice and guidance to management, staff, and guests to promote safety and security awareness

Implement and maintain data security measures to protect confidential or sensitive information

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in security technology to recommend and implement improvements to security policies and procedures. Ideal Candidate:Bachelor's Degree in Loss Prevention / Public Administration/ Hospitality Management or any relevant field.15-20 years of experience in Security / Loss Prevention function with reputed Luxury Hotel Brands, currently in an HOD capacity . Proven track record of handling Security Department operations in a Luxury Hotel environment in a Metro location.

A Defence background would be an added advantage

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills and ability to lead a team of talented associates. Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Existing network or ability to develop a good network with local Law Enforcement Agencies/ Govt Departments relevant to the role.

Enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others. Proven organizational skills, works well on their own. Able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.
