Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute event strategies that align with business goals and client expectations.
  • Manage the complete event lifecycle—concept planning, budgeting, vendor sourcing, logistics, execution, and event closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, design, production, and finance to ensure smooth operation.
  • Handle venue bookings, permissions, audio-visual requirements, stage production, hospitality, travel, security, and on-site execution.
  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide solutions, and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Create event proposals, presentations, and timelines for client approval.
  • Track budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Supervise event staff, volunteers, and third-party partners.
  • Prepare post-event reports including performance metrics, feedback analysis, and learnings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
  • Proven 3–6+ years of experience in event planning and execution (corporate events preferred).
  • Strong project management, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and handle pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, project trackers, and event coordination tools.
