Job Summary:

We are hiring a sales professional to manage Project and RetailSales in Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on business development through builders, contractors, OEMs, and industrial clients for cables and electrical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project sales in the construction and industrial sectors
  • Build and manage relationships with builders, consultants, and industries
  • Track project pipelines and ensure timely order closures

  • Collaborate with internal teams for pricing and delivery

  • Market mapping

  • Appointment of Channel Partners

  • Development of institutional customer

  • Seeking approval from architects/consultants/ specifiers

  • Timely promotional activity (conducting meets/ seminars/ participation in exhibitions/ proper utilization of pop)

  • Competition activity feedback to branch head periodically.

  • Regular visits to cps/ customers

  • Getting released delivery notes and coordinating with plant/depot for prompt deliveries

  • Ensuring collection of customer payments in advance

  • Guiding distributors salesman for effective market coverage

  • Managing distributors stock and ensuring minimum stock level management for all products

  • Periodical MIS submission to the branch head

  • Attending customer complaints and if require co-ordinate with technical team for resolution

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in project/industrial sales
  • Good network in construction and industrial markets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Education: Graduate (Engineering/MBA preferred)
