Job Description:

We are seeking a trained, skilled and motivated Make up Artist and Beautician to join our beauty and wellness team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for services in area of Make up, Skin treatment facials, Nail art, and Eye Lash treatments, ensuring service quality, and maintaining high professional standards across all client-facing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client service for Make up, Nail art, Eye Lash and Skin services like Facials, and other skin treatments.
  • Good expertise in client counselling for educating clients on beauty and well ness services.
  • Expertise in selling skills including upsell and cross sell for contributing to revenue growth of Business.
  • Develop training manuals, SOPs, and service protocols for these areas of expertise to maintain standardization in service standards.
  • Participate in online trainings on Make up, Nail art, specialized skin treatments, learn material and contribute to developing inhouse training document.
  • Working knowledge to handle Microsoft word or Power point / Google doc or Google slides is added advantage.
  • Maintain client satisfaction by promoting in staff high standards of knowledge of products/ ingredients / benefits for good service delivery and professionalism

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Diploma or certification in Make up, Nail art, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, from a recognized institute.
  • About 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in performing Make up, Nail art, Eye Lash and skin treatments
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, tools, and products in areas of expertise.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi and basic English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
