Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and process-focused individual to join our

Due Diligence Delivery Team, responsible for the execution and timely delivery of

background verification and due diligence reports to clients. This is a critical operations role

within our delivery ecosystem, and the successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring

the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of every report that reaches our clients.

This role demands a high level of proficiency in working with automated systems, internal

and external portals, spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets), and following SOPs rigorously.

It's ideal for someone who is comfortable managing repetitive yet detail-intensive tasks, can

maintain strong focus under pressure, and takes complete ownership of each assigned case.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run due diligence reports using internal systems.
  • Monitor queues, triggers, and status of tasks in portals to ensure all reports are progressing as expected.
  • Handle scheduled as well as on-demand report runs with complete accuracy and time sensitivity.
  • Perform comprehensive QC for all reports prior to client submission.
  • Verify data integrity, completeness, and formatting in line with client SLAs and compliance standards.
  • Flag inconsistencies or anomalies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Operate multiple internal and client-facing portals simultaneously for data entry, extraction, and delivery.
  • Track progress of each report, log updates, and follow through until final report publication.
  • Ensure workflow is strictly adhered to, and no step is skipped during processing
  • Publish finalized reports on designated client portals or communication channels.
  • Maintain a record of each delivery, including timestamps, quality checks, and exceptions.
  • Respond to internal or client escalations promptly and ensure accurate re-delivery where needed.
  • Maintain real-time trackers on Excel and Google Sheets for assigned workloads.
  • Use pivot tables, filters, conditional formatting, and formulas to manage and audit data.
  • Generate internal MIS or client-facing delivery logs as needed.
  • Follow documented SOPs, guidelines, and security protocols during every stage of report processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream
  • 0–3 years of experience in due diligence delivery, background verification, operations, or data processing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in handling automated workflows and internal business portals.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in data verification and document formatting.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills; ability to manage high- volume workloads.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
