About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced
Project Manager (Interiors)
to oversee and deliver interior projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly while meeting client expectations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage interior design/execution projects end-to-end, from planning to handover.
  • Coordinate with clients, design teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Manage procurement of materials, BOQs, and vendor negotiations.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed as per design, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Resolve project-related issues, delays, or conflicts proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, statutory requirements, and client specifications.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and contractors to achieve project milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in
    interior project management
    (residential/commercial).
  • Strong knowledge of interior design execution, materials, BOQs, and vendor management.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project/Excel/ERP).
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
