Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Content Writer with a strong background in writing creative ads and high-engagement social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta platforms, etc.).

The ideal candidate must have prior experience crafting marketing-focused, thumb-stopping creative concepts, not just long-form website content.

You will work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to conceptualize and write content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports our LinkedIn-led growth strategy.

Location: Sector 3, Noida

Shift: On-site | 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

Workdays: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Note: Only candidates from Delhi/NCR should apply. First round is virtual; final round will be in-office, face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Social Media Content

  • Write high-impact social media copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and ad campaigns.
  • Conceptualize creative ad ideas, hooks, scroll-stopping lines, and campaign themes.
  • Develop short-form, crisp, and persuasive content tailored to social media behavior.
  • Adapt brand messaging into storytelling formats that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Work with designers to create content–visual alignment for campaigns.

Brand & Thought-Leadership Content

  • Write engaging LinkedIn posts, leadership content, and industry narratives.
  • Integrate AI trends, tech insights, and thought-leadership themes into content when required.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media touchpoints.

Engagement & Campaign Support

  • Support marketing campaigns with creative ideas, taglines, scripts, and captions.
  • Collaborate with the lead generation team for content needed in outreach messages.
  • Research competitor content, industry trends, and platform best practices.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Prior experience writing creative ad copy and social media-first content.
  • Strong understanding of marketing psychology, hooks, CTAs, and audience behavior.
  • Portfolio showcasing creative ads, social media posts, campaign concepts, etc.
  • Ability to simplify complex (tech/AI) topics into engaging social content.
  • Excellent command of storytelling, crisp writing, and content structuring.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and creativity-driven.
