Position: Data QALocation: Remote –LATAMOverviewWe are hiring a hands-on Data QA Manager to lead and enhance data quality assurance across various software and data products. This is a technical leadership role where you'll define QA strategy, drive automation, and work closely with engineering, analytics, and product teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead a comprehensive data quality strategy.

Define and implement standards for data validation, profiling, cleansing, and monitoring. Automate data quality checks to ensure clean and reliable data. Work with engineering and product teams to integrate QA across data pipelines.

Track key data quality metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Create and maintain documentation of QA processes. Train teams on QA best practices and build a quality-first culture.

Lead and mentor a team of Data QA Engineers. Stay current on tools and practices to continuously improve QA effectiveness. Required Skills10+ years of experience in Data QA and data testing at scale.

Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting. Experience with Great Expectations, dbt, and other QA/testing tools.

Good knowledge of data mesh and modern data architecture. Hands-on with Trino, Starburst, Snowflake, Airbyte, dbt, and AWS Glue. Strong Python skills with Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy.

Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS required; Azure/GCP nice to have). Experience managing QA processes through Git, CI/CD pipelines.

Leadership experience in managing Data QA/Engineering teams. Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills. Nice to HaveKnowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads).

Experience with marketing analytics tools like Datorama, Adverity, Domo. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Experience with data catalog tools (e.g., Alation, Secoda).

Exposure to ML techniques for anomaly detection. Experience working in multi-cloud environments. Thanks, and RegardsManjit Singh
