Kitchen Management:

  • Manage overall kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the kitchen at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Staff Supervision & Training:

  • Supervise and lead junior chefs and other kitchen staff.
  • Delegate tasks efficiently and provide training to maintain kitchen standards.

Inventory & Sourcing:

  • Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring a consistent supply of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Order ingredients and liaise with suppliers.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure the highest possible quality of food is produced.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure dishes meet restaurant standards.
