- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews)
- Handle onboarding, documentation & HR record maintenance
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management
- Support employee engagement and resolve basic HR queries
- Maintain compliance with HR policies & company standards
- Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations
Requirements
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic HR processes
