We're looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor who can help bring our adventures to life across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit high-quality videos for reels, brand campaigns, travel documentaries, interviews, and YouTube content.
  • Understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency in tone, pace, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the content, marketing, and production teams to create visually compelling narratives.
  • Create motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects when required.
  • Organize and manage raw footage, maintain backups, and follow efficient workflow.
  • Stay updated on current trends in video formats, storytelling styles, and social media algorithms.
  • Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or equivalent tools).
  • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and sound design.
  • Experience editing for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of color correction and audio mixing.
  • Ability to visualize concepts creatively and translate scripts into engaging videos.
  • Portfolio of past work is mandatory.

Good to Have

  • Experience with travel/lifestyle/hospitality content.
  • Knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
  • Ability to shoot or direct small-scale productions (preferred, not required).
