Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer with expertise in backend and frontend technologies, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, modern UI technologies, and cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks).
  • Implement security and batch processing using Spring Security and Spring Batch.
  • Work with JPA/Hibernate for ORM and manage databases across SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • Develop and integrate messaging solutions using ActiveMQ and IBM MQ.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Ensure quality with JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, and other testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate with teams in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Follow best practices in code quality, security, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong backend development skills in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Batch, JPA/Hibernate.
  • Hands-on experience with databases: SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools – Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in messaging systems (ActiveMQ, IBM MQ).
  • Good knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Selenium).
  • Familiarity with Git for version control and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native monitoring and logging tools.
  • Exposure to performance tuning and optimization.
