What We Want:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Influencer Onboarding Intern to join our team. You will support the influencer management team by identifying potential creators, assisting in the onboarding process, and maintaining communication with influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

What you will do:

  • Assist in sourcing and researching relevant influencers/creators for various campaign.
  • Support outreach efforts and track communication with influencer
  • Help with onboarding tasks including collecting documentation, contracts, and orientation materials
  • Maintain and update influencer databases with relevant performance and demographic info
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, campaign, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Stay updated with influencer trends, platform changes, and digital content shifts
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the influencer marketing team
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital content, and social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Bonus: Exposure to influencer platforms/tools like CreatorIQ, Grin, or Upfluence
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a team.
