Job Description: SE Full Stack Developer (Python)

Location: Hyderabad

Cotiviti Hyderabad is seeking Full Stack Developers to contribute to Python-based application suites, APIs, backend systems, and modern web frontends.

The purpose of this position is to assist in designing, developing, and integrating backend services and responsive frontends for payment accuracy products. This includes learning and participating in requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment under guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining full-stack web applications, APIs, and backend systems using Python and basic frontend technologies.
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code under supervision.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to implement new features.
  • Participate in coding, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and debug basic software issues.
  • Learn to optimize applications for speed and scalability.
  • Write unit tests and documentation for assigned tasks.
  • Ensure quality and responsiveness of applications with guidance.

Technical Requirements

  • Basic experience with Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
  • Basic understanding of version control tools like Git.
  • Willingness to learn CI/CD processes and cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to testing frameworks like PyTest or UnitTest (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to frontend frameworks like React or Angular (a plus).
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker (a plus).
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices.
  • Interest in learning microservices architecture and cloud technologies.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback positively.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Basic problem-solving and debugging skills.
