Postman, Zepto, ThoughtSpot, Whatfix, Shopify, DoorDash and thousands of other data-driven companies share one thing. They all use Hevo Data's fully managed Automated Pipelines to consolidate their data from multiple sources like Databases, Marketing Applications, Cloud Storage, SDKs, Streaming Services, etc.
We are a San Francisco/Bangalore-based company with 2000+ customers spread across 40+ countries in domains such as e-commerce, financial technology, and healthcare. Strongly backed by marquee investors like Sequoia Capital, Chiratae, and Qualgro, we have raised $43 Million to date and are looking forward to our next phase of hyper-growth
Why do we exist?
Every company today wants to leverage cutting-edge technology - Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics - to make smarter business decisions. Data is the foundational block on which these advanced techniques can be applied. However, every company's business users struggle to access accurate and reliable data. Data resides fragmented across the 100s of business software that businesses use. Most of the data operators spend time manually consolidating it, and they spend too little time deriving insights. If this 'collection' can be automated, it can lead to making business decisions faster, unlocking exponential growth, and delivering a superior experience to customers.
At Hevo, our mission is to enable every company to be data-driven. We started on this journey 4 years back, and as the first step in this direction, we built our first product – "Data Pipeline" or simply "Pipeline". Hevo Pipeline is a no-code platform that helps companies connect all their data sources within the company to get a unified view of their business. The platform offers integrations with 150+ data sources, such as Databases, SaaS applications, Advertising, and Channels. Today, we enable nearly 2000 companies across more than 40+ countries to be more data-driven. We aim to make the technology so simple that anyone can solve their data problems without being limited due to their lack of technical skills.
Product Demo and our customers love us - Hevo is rated at the top of the G2 crowd in the Data Pipeline space: Hevo Data Reviews 2025: Details, Pricing, & Features | G2

We are seeking a highly driven, execution-focused Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and scale the TPM function across our product and engineering organization. This is a hands-on senior IC role ideal for someone who has successfully built a program management function from the ground up within an established product company. You'll play a strategic role in shaping operational excellence, team structure, and delivery processes to enable growth and innovation, while inspiring high performance by identifying root causes of delivery bottlenecks and empowering teams to overcome them. Key Responsibilities:
- Build TPM Function from Scratch: Design and implement a high-performance Technical Program Management function tailored for a scaling SaaS organization.
- Strategic Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs with a focus on high impact and delivery excellence.
- Inspire High Performance: Diagnose delivery bottlenecks, uncover root causes, and enable individuals and teams to perform at their best.
- Ownership & Accountability: Act as a delivery owner — ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders to prioritize and align on goals, deliverables, and resources.
- Process Definition & Optimization: Define scalable workflows, tools, and rituals (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, etc.) to drive consistency and quality across the organization.
- Tooling & Reporting: Leverage program management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, LinearB, Aha, etc. to establish visibility, drive transparency, and enable data-driven insights.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and proactively remove blockers to keep programs on track.
- Executive Communication: Regularly communicate program status, risks, and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 4-10 years of experience in technical program management in SaaS or software product companies.
- Hands-on experience in building a program management function from scratch in an established product organization is required.
- Strong ability to lead with high ownership, drive execution excellence, and deliver programs that move the business forward.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and modern software development practices.
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and LinearB is required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong technical acumen; ability to engage effectively with engineering on architecture, platforms, and technical trade-offs.
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degrees or certifications are a bonus.
- Self-starter with a builder's mindset and strong bias for action.
- Ability to inspire and unblock teams by understanding challenges at the root level and enabling people through trust, clarity, and support.
- Strategic and systems thinker who can also dive into execution details.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Influential leader who earns trust and drives alignment across teams.
- High-impact leadership role in a growing SaaS organization.
