About the Role

New Modern School, Kamand, Tehri Garhwal, is looking for a dedicated and inspiring Science Teacher to teach classes up to Xth. The ideal candidate should possess a strong subject knowledge in Science and a passion for developing scientific temperament among students through practical and activity-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physics, Chemistry, and Biology concepts effectively to students up to Class X.
• Use practical demonstrations, experiments, and real-life applications to simplify scientific concepts.
• Design lesson plans that encourage curiosity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Organize lab activities, projects, and science-related events to nurture hands-on learning.
• Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Instill a positive attitude towards Science and motivate students to explore beyond the textbook.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science or Education with specialization in Physics/Chemistry/Biology.
• Strong subject command and ability to explain concepts in simple and engaging ways.
• Prior teaching experience up to Class X preferred.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Innovative mindset to integrate practical methods, experiments, and project-based learning.
