About the Role

We are looking for skilled and responsible Technicians who can perform repair, service, and maintenance of Royal Enfield motorcycles while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Repair & Service

  • Review job orders and clarify unclear instructions with the Service Advisor.
  • Inspect the motorcycle's overall condition and record additional repair needs.
  • Perform repairs and services as per manufacturer standards and within specified timelines.
  • Complete job card documentation accurately with hours and materials used.
  • Label and return all warranty/exchange parts to the Parts/Warranty office.
  • Identify required tools and parts for the job; inform Service Advisor/Workshop Manager if parts need to be ordered.
  • Return unused parts immediately to the parts department.
  • Inform Service Advisor if additional repair work is required and ensure customer approval is obtained.

2. Compliance to Guidelines

  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards before returning them to customers.
  • Maintain and safeguard tools provided by the company; use calibrated tools only.
  • Return all special tools, equipment, and technical literature to designated locations in clean condition.

3. Customer Satisfaction

  • Protect customer vehicles and belongings during repair/service.
  • Neatly hand over old replaced parts to customers upon completion.

Recruitment Profile Qualifications

  • Minimum 10th pass
  • OR candidates with extensive technical experience

Industry Preference

  • Automobile (2-wheeler preferred)

Experience

  • 0–5 years (based on technician level)

Profile Requirements

  • Strong technical experience in 2-wheeler repair and maintenance
  • High level of discipline and adherence to workshop processes
  • Passion for Royal Enfield and motorcycles

Passion / Interests

  • Passionate about motorcycling
  • Owning or riding a Royal Enfield is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150, ₹252,000.00 per year
