Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proposal Management:

    • Conducted pre-bid site visits, client meetings, and handled all communications related to TQS and clarifications.
    • Developed pre-bidding plans with resource loading and mapping using P4-level Primavera for EPC bid submissions.
    • Ensured cross-functional collaboration to guarantee timely submission of bids with precise technical and commercial inputs.
  2. Standardization & Process Development:

    • Standardized proposal processes across EPC projects in the Middle East.
    • Developed and implemented regional templates tailored by discipline, incorporating resource planning, fixed and variable costs, and statutory compliance.
    • Benchmarked against completed, ongoing, and future projects from HEIC and LTHE.
  3. Planning & Scheduling:

    • Prepared and submitted EPC project schedules using Primavera P6.
    • Conducted regular project reviews with GMs and VPs using performance dashboards for cost and progress monitoring.
  4. Site Execution Support:

    • Deputed on-site for shutdown execution with comprehensive planning, monitoring, and control.
    • Supported construction teams with detailed execution planning and vendor progress tracking.
    • Acted as Project Control Manager (PCM) upon client approval for ME sites.
  5. Project Reporting & Controls:

    • Generated and submitted DPRs, WPRs, and various project reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Maintained PPC, processed monthly claims, and secured client approvals in coordination with PMs/CMs.
  6. Stakeholder Coordination & Meetings:

    • Organized and led BRMs, weekly client reviews, and project progress meetings.
    • Documented and maintained minutes of meetings and other project records for traceability and audit readiness.
  7. Quality, HSE & Compliance:

    • Actively participated in internal and external quality, project, and HSE audits for bid qualification and site execution.
    • Integrated top-tier HSE standards into planning processes from the early stages.
    • Upheld high ethical standards and ensured complete transparency in all client and internal dealings.
