WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design, configure, and support SAP ECC FI/CO solutions, with strong focus on IS Retail.
  • Ensure smooth integration with SD and other modules to support end-to-end retail processes.
  • Manage and optimize POS Inbound interfaces within SAP ECC.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
  • Provide functional expertise, documentation, and ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive improvements by leveraging best practices and contributing to continuous innovation.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

  • You'll be working with a global team of SAP experts, retail business stakeholders, and technical teams across H&M Group. Together, you'll support and evolve SAP solutions that enable seamless business operations and customer experiences.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • More than 6 years' experience in the design, principles, and configuration of SAP ECC FI/CO.
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience in integration with SD.
  • Expertise in SAP ECC IS Retail processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC POS Inbound interface.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.

  • Highly driven with excellent delivery capacity and a willingness to evolve.
  • Curious, solution-oriented, and passionate about improving retail business processes.

Preferred / Optional:

  • Experience with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository).
