We're Hiring – Crewing Executive (Maritime Services Division)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–5 years in maritime crewing operations

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Crewing Executive to manage crew coordination and ensure smooth operations across our maritime services. If you have strong organizational skills, a passion for the maritime sector, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate crew mobilization & demobilization schedules.

* Maintain crew documentation, certifications & travel arrangements.

* Liaise with departments & external agencies for crew formalities.

* Plan & track crew rotations and availability.

* Address crew queries promptly.

* Support recruitment for technical & sailing personnel.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or related field.

* 2–5 years' experience in crewing or maritime HR.

* Familiar with documentation, port formalities & travel coordination.

* Fluent in English & Hindi (Malayalam is an advantage).

* Proficient in MS Office & basic crewing software.

* Organized, proactive & capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
