About the Role:

We are looking for a talented 
React Developer
 with strong expertise in 
JavaScript
, 
TypeScript
, and 
Tailwind CSS
, along with hands-on experience in 
Web3 integrations
. The ideal candidate will be based in our 
Indore office
 and will work on developing high-quality, scalable web applications with blockchain integrations using 
Tron
, 
TON
, and 
OKX
.

Strong 
English communication skills (both verbal and written)
 are a must to collaborate effectively with international teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using 

    , 
    TypeScript
    , and 
    Tailwind CSS
    .
  • Integrate 
    Web3 functionalities
     such as wallet connections, smart contract interactions, and blockchain-based transactions.
  • Work on blockchain networks like 
    Tron
    , 
    TON
    , and 
    OKX
     for various implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with backend, blockchain, and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize performance, ensure code quality, and perform code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in 
    React
    , 
    Web3
    , and 
    frontend technologies
    .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience in 

     development.
  • Strong proficiency in 
    JavaScript (ES6+)
     and 
    TypeScript
    .
  • Expertise in 
    Tailwind CSS
     and responsive UI design.
  • Proven experience in 
    Web3 integrations
     and dApp development.
  • Hands-on experience with 
    Tron
    , 
    TON
    , and 
    OKX
     implementations.
  • Excellent 
    English communication skills
     (verbal and written).
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, async programming, and Git.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
