Job Description

CANDIDATES RESIDING IN OR NEAR CHEMBUR / GOVANDI SHOULD ONLY APPLY.

We are looking for a young, detail-oriented, and technology-driven Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting and practical experience working with modern accounting tools, ERPs, or CRMs — not limited to basic Tally entries.

You will be responsible for managing complete accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and contributing to a digital, system-based accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, ledgers, and financial records.
  • Process purchase and sales invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
  • Manage TDS, GST, and statutory compliance activities.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist in audit-related documentation.
  • Work on accounting/ERP/CRM systems (such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
  • Support implementation and improvement of digital accounting processes.

Requirements

  • Qualification: BAF or B.Com graduate in Accounting/Finance.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience (preferably in SME or corporate setup).
  • Software Knowledge: Tally Prime is mandatory, along with experience using at least one other software/ERP/CRM tool.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency and comfort with tech-based operations.
  • Location: Must reside near Chembur / Govandi. No relocation candidates will be considered.
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years preferred.
  • Personal Traits: Organized, proactive, analytical, and tech-savvy.
  • Female candidates preferred.
