General Manager – Projects (Hospitality & Co-Living)

About the Role

We are seeking a
General Manager – Projects
with strong
onsite project execution experience
in hospitality, co-living, or residential real estate. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in
managing site-level construction and interiors
, excellent vendor and contractor contacts, and the ability to deliver projects within strict timelines and budgets.

This is a senior leadership role where you will drive the execution of UniLiv's premium hospitality and co-living properties across multiple cities, ensuring quality, speed, and brand-standard compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    onsite project execution
    from site mobilization to handover for new hospitality and co-living developments.
  • Manage
    civil works, interiors, MEP, F&B fit-outs, and finishing
    with hands-on supervision.
  • Leverage a strong network of
    contractors, vendors, and suppliers
    to optimize timelines and cost.
  • Conduct regular
    site visits
    to ensure quality control, compliance, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Prepare and track
    detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
    .
  • Liaise with architects, consultants, and leadership to align design with on-ground feasibility.
  • Standardize project execution practices across geographies for scale.
  • Support
    property acquisition feasibility
    by assessing site conditions and fit-out requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's / Master's in
    Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
    .
  • 10–15 years of experience in
    hospitality, co-living, or residential project execution
    .
  • Must have
    extensive onsite project experience
    with a proven track record of delivering multi-property portfolios.
  • Strong
    network of contractors, vendors, and execution partners
    in the hospitality/real estate sector.
  • Expertise in
    cost control, timeline management, and quality assurance
    .
  • Ability to work across multiple cities with frequent travel.
