  • Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) \ Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) \ Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

Overall Experience: 10 years

Relevant Experience: 6–8 years

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with effective troubleshooting ability.

  • Knowledge of baselines/thresholds, analysis processes, and network troubleshooting.

  • Team-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Hands-on experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity, fabric infrastructure, storage networking, and network automation/orchestration.

  • Proficient in Aruba Campus Networking products — Aruba 8000, 6000, 3800, and 2900 switches.

  • Experienced in Aruba Access Points (AC Wave 2 & Wi-Fi 6) and Aruba Controllers.

  • Good understanding of ITIL-based operations and network management frameworks.

  • Expertise in deploying Aruba Mobility architecture (Mobility Master).

  • Skilled in Aruba Airwave and Aruba Cloud Central – configuration, implementation, and provisioning.

  • Ability to deploy and administer features like WIPS, Client Match, Air Slice, QoS, and Content Filtering.

  • Experience in designing and troubleshooting Controller-based, Controllerless, and Cloud Controller-based infrastructures.

  • Knowledge of ClearPass and SD-WAN solutions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for network diagramming and documentation.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills for RCA and project reporting.

  • Ability to conduct Network Assessments, prepare reports, and present findings effectively.

  • Full ownership of day-to-day operations for Aruba Wireless Infrastructure across PAN India offices.
