Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor located in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. The Insurance Advisor will engage with clients to understand their financial goals, provide tailored insurance solutions, and offer expert consultation on the best plans to meet their needs. The role also involves maintaining existing client relationships, managing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Insurance and Finance, with the ability to recommend appropriate policies and plans.
  • Proficient in Consulting and Customer Service to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills to explain insurance concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members in a hybrid environment.
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
