Job Role: HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements from clients and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through various channels job portals, references, social media, and databases.
- Conduct telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability (qualification, experience, communication, salary, and notice period).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.
- Maintain candidate records and update daily trackers and reports.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with candidates.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
