Job Opportunity: Marketing Content Creator (6-Month Contract)

We are looking for a creative and strategic
Marketing Content Creator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, valuable, and impactful content across multiple platforms—including blogs, videos, social media, and podcasts—to strengthen our brand presence, connect with our target audience, and support overall marketing goals.

This is a
6-month contract role
with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Work Location:
Work From Office (Preferred) –
Delhi, Okhla

Key Responsibilities

Content Ideation

  • Brainstorm and develop fresh, innovative content ideas aligned with company goals, brand voice, and target audience.
  • Conduct research on competitor strategies and audience preferences to ensure relevance and engagement.

Content Production

  • Create high-quality written, visual, or multimedia content for blogs, websites, social media, emails, and campaigns.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone and style across platforms.

Content Distribution

  • Strategically publish and promote content across digital platforms including websites, social media, and paid campaigns.
  • Optimize distribution for maximum reach and engagement by leveraging platform-specific best practices.

Performance Analysis

  • Track and report performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
  • Use insights to refine content strategies and enhance future campaigns.

Industry Awareness

  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing practices, and emerging platforms to create impactful and relevant content.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools).
  • Understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    6 months (with the possibility of extension based on performance).

    Work From Office (Preferred) – Delhi, Okhla.
