Roles & Responsibilities:

HR Intern:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Learn and support HR administrative tasks.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Recruiter:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Non-IT BPO roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all recruitment activities.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Team Lead Recruiter:

• Manage a team of recruiters and ensure hiring targets are met.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for Non-IT BPO roles.
• Mentor and guide the recruitment team to improve efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• For Freshers: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) are a must.
• For Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in hiring for Non-IT BPO roles is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools is an advantage.
