Role & responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of workers and staff.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Support payroll preparation and verification.
- Help in maintaining statutory registers (PF, ESI, Factory Act).
- Prepare and update employee files and HR MIS reports.
- Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
- Support HR team during audits and inspections.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR,BLM,MLM, MSW, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of factory HR and labour laws preferred.
- Good communication and MS Office skills.
- Willing to work in a factory setup and learn on the job.
