You must have hands-on experience in manufacturing areas such as Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance logistics, Stores, etc in the Façade industry. Experience in setting up a Façade factory from scratch is desirable.

Key Individual Accountabilities : 
  • Strategic: Introduction & Implementation of good manufacturing practices in the plant
  • Financial: Achieving targets related to quality, cost, productivity, delivery, and customer satisfaction
  • People Orientation: Should be able to manage a team of 100+.
 Key Interactions : 

Internal :
  •  Manufacturing head/Façade Design/SCM/Commercial/IT/Installation team.
External :
  •  External vendors/ consultants/Trainers.
 Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge :
  • Behavioral: Should be a good strategist, business oriented, Manage multiple stakeholders, mentoring, etc
  • Functional: Must be Aware & hands on with Productivity tools such as 6 Sigma,Lean Manufacturing,TPM, Value stream mapping, Kaizen, ISO Standards & 14001, OHSAS 18001 etc
  • Good to have: Should have decent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Performance Indicators :
  • Introduction & Implementation of good manufacturing practices in the plant
  • Achieving operational goals 
  • Achieving targets related to quality, cost, productivity, delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Optimal utilization of work force and machinery
  • Ensure all production KPI's are met as per budget
  • Creating analytical MIS, Reports & Presentations

BE./ BTech with 10-20 years experience in Manufacturing aluminium and Steel Building Materials specifically Facades
