Sales Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B or B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Manage and mentor the sales team for performance improvement.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market insights to management.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle a team.
