Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced
SAP PP Consultant
with a strong background in
ECC support
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing SAP PP functionalities in a live production environment, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    L1/L2/L3 support
    for SAP PP modules in ECC environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
    production orders, MRP, capacity planning
    , and
    shop floor control
    .
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement minor enhancements.
  • Monitor batch jobs, IDocs, and system performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, QM) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Maintain and update
    Master Data
    (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers).
  • Document support activities and create knowledge base articles.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of SAP PP experience with a focus on
    ECC support
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    manufacturing processes
    and
    shop floor operations
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    IDoc monitoring
    ,
    BAPIs
    , and
    user exits
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.

Role 2: SAP PP Consultant with PLM Integration

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled
SAP PP Consultant
with experience in
PLM integration
to support and enhance production planning processes. This role involves working on end-to-end production cycles and integrating SAP PP with external PLM systems to streamline product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support
    SAP PP
    functionalities with a focus on
    PLM integration
    .
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to align product data across systems.
  • Configure and maintain
    Master Data
    (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers).
  • Ensure smooth data flow between SAP and PLM systems using
    IDocs, BAPIs
    , and middleware tools.
  • Support production planning activities including
    MRP, capacity planning
    , and
    order management
    .
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of SAP PP experience with exposure to
    PLM systems
    (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Windchill).
  • Strong understanding of
    product lifecycle processes
    and
    engineering change management
    .
  • Experience with
    system integration
    and
    interface troubleshooting
    .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional collaboration.
